BlackBerry network crashes before Christmas

Christmas may be the major festive event that you are waiting for a long time, but as with all good news, there is a little uncertainty involved, so with this one. You might be wondering, what’s the big news? Well, this Christmas, BlackBerry users all across the United States are sure to get a jolt just before the festive eve rolls in.

The advanced Wi-Fi equipped BlackBerry smartphone users suffered widespread delay in their message delivery services in a latest mix up that sent tremors down the telecom giant`s
extensive customer base earlier this week.

According to an industry insider, the earlier outage on December17 was not sufficient, as it may seem now, with the latest interruption creating a backlog that may prove costlier to the telecom giant in the days following Christmas.

This recent outage striking the popular Wi-Fi and telecom service provider is nothing short of a crisis. BlackBerry earlier announced that technical malfunctioning from their Canadian distribution base is responsible for the recent outage. However, according to a top professional from BlackBerry, this latest crisis cannot be ruled out as only a mere
“technical dysfunction”.

BlackBerry the pioneer in the domain of Smartphone technologies, was instrumental in developing Wi-Fi equipped telephones for the first time. Since its inception, these
smart Wi-Fi gadgets have steadily gained in popularity among the users all across the world.

In the U.S and Canada alone, it boasts a customer base of over 20 million and the number is steadily on the rise. However, the latest crash of Blackberry services ringed alarm in different quarters of the industry.
Canada-based RIM's line of Wi-Fi enabled BlackBerry is the world's most popular smartphone brand. It is widely used among business corporations as an email and communications device.
BlackBerry customers also experienced email delays, although this outage appeared to affect mainly individuals and small-business users, rather than large business companies.
According to the latest report from the telecom giant, the company had pledged to improve its reliability to stay away from future network crashes. This Christmas, all you BlackBerry users can only hope for the best. Happy Holidays!
