One of the most-favorite hotspots for the laptop users is undoubtedly a coffee shop. And with the days passing, the Wi-Fi users are increasingly falling in love with the café’s, (maybe while you are reading my post, you are actually sitting in your local one and having a hot sip). JiWire, a mobile media company, recently held a survey to come up with an astonishing result that 38 percent of Wi-Fi users buy online products while being in a café’.
i-phones and iPods are also gaining popularity among the café’ crowd. 54.2 and 43.4 percent of the Wi-Fi users are using iPhone and iPod correspondingly. But most surprisingly, the total percentage of Apple users has mounted up to 98! Three fourth of the café crowd uses PC laptops and the rest has gone for Mac. As of now, Apple holds a share of a mean 7.4 percent of the US market for notebooks. Apple is presently tied up with Starbucks for iTune promotions and they are most likely to grow in the coming days.
