1. You have to start with Norton AntiVirus. To execute the process you have to click on Start. Then point to All Programs then Norton AntiVirus, and then click Norton AntiVirus 2001

3. Under How to keep Microsoft Office document protected you have to click to clean the Enable Office plug-in check box and click on OK.
4. Finally reboot your computer.
